I’ve used mrp.com a few times now, and it’s been really easy to use. I’m usually a bit cautious with online shopping, so I like that I can quickly filter what I’m looking for, check sizes properly, and not feel like I’m clicking around forever.
The app has been smooth too, loads fast on my phone, and checkout was straightforward. I still double-check my order before paying, just to be safe, but I haven’t had any issues so far. 5 stars from me

"Good stock most days"
I usually find my size on mrp.com. The stock is updated well. Some colours sell out fast though. Overall, it’s not bad at all.

"Return was easy, but the refund took a while"
I ended up returning my order because it just wasn’t quite what I needed, and the return process itself went fine. I think I started it on a weekday after work, so I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, but the refund did take longer than I expected to show up. It all worked out in the end, just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

"Showed Up Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered it on Monday and figured I’d be waiting a bit longer, but then it showed up by Thursday. I was like, oh okay, that was quick. Happy with the delivery overall. The only thing was the tracking seemed a little slow to update, so I kept checking it thinking, is it even moving? But in the end, it got here fast, so I can’t complain too much

"Customer service responded fast"
I had an issue where my order wasn’t showing the correct delivery update, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me faster than I expected and explained what was going on. It did take a little while to get everything sorted, but they kept responding and didn’t leave me hanging, which I appreciate. I think other customers would probably feel the same way — the support was good, but the tracking could definitely be clearer from the start

"I ordered a few tops and jeans..."
I ordered a few tops and jeans from mrp.com and, i was expecting the usual online shopping disappointment. Companies always make everything sound amazing in their descriptions, so I don’t really trust all that polished wording. But these were actually better than I thought. The fabric feels good, the stitching looks neat enough, and everything has washed fine so far. The sizing was also close, which was a relief. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.
